Motley Crue announced today they will perform the entire album, Dr. Feelgood, from beginning to end at every performance on their Summer festival tour, Crue Fest 2. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the release of Dr. Feelgood, which became the Crue's first #1 album on the Billboard charts. To celebrate the anniversary, the band plans to theme the second edition of their festival tour with imagery inspired by Dr. Feelgood. Motley Crue will reveal details of the tour at a major press conference from the Fuse TV studios on March 16th in New York City and Fuse will air press conference highlights at 9pm ET/PT that evening.

Bon les copains, à priori ça serait qu'aux USA Feelgood en entier, en Europe on aurait le set classique de la tournée, ce qui, en ce qui me concerne, n'est pas plus mal.
J'adore Feelgood, mais, n'ayant jamais vu Mötley, je préfère avoir d'avantage de classiques que Slice of Your Pie...

Pour ce qui est du set classique, c'est ce qu'on aura au Hellfest, je n'en doute pas. Après, le groupe annonce un retour en Europe pour novembre, soit après le Crüefest 2, donc on aura ptèt la scène et la setlist de celui-ci en novembre.

MÖTLEY CRÜE announced the lineup today for their second annual summer festival tour, Crüe Fest 2, at the Fuse TV studio in New York City. The trek will feature performances by the following artists:

GODSMACK
THEORY OF A DEADMAN
DROWNING POOL
CHARM CITY DEVILS

In addition to announcing the lineup, the CRÜE debuted a new music video featuring members of all five Crüe Fest 2 bands performing the single "White Trash Circus". During the announcement, MÖTLEY CRÜE was joined on stage by Sully Erna of GODSMACK, Tyler Connolly of THEORY OF A DEADMAN, Ryan McCombs ofDROWNING POOL and John Allen of CHARM CITY DEVILS. The single of this track featuring MÖTLEY CRÜE with these vocalists is available to radio today.

Crüe Fest 2, produced by Live Nation and kicking off on July 19 in Camden, NJ tours across North America and concludes on September 5 in Darien Lake, NY. Select dates go on sale to the public on March 20, the remainder go on sale March 21.

MÖTLEY CRÜE's Nikki Sixx says, "This is what we imagined when we came up with the idea of Crüe Fest last summer — putting together the most kick-ass bands on one bill for a day of rock. All of the bands on this tour compliment the others — musically, theatrically and passionately."

To kick off the press conference, MÖTLEY CRÜE stopped lunch-hour traffic in New York City arriving at Fuse in a "Dr. Feelgood"-era ambulance accompanied by scantily clad nurses. As previously announced, the band is celebrating the 20th anniversary of their first #1 album by playing "Dr. Feelgood" from beginning to end every night of Crüe Fest 2. In addition, fans can expect MÖTLEY CRÜE to bring out hits from their entire catalog through their latest hit, "Saints of Los Angeles".

Fuse is gearing up for a full-hour of programming dedicated to Crüe Fest 2 starting Monday, March 16 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT with a special edition of "Loaded: Crüe Fest", featuring exclusive press conference coverage and a block of videos from the festival's artists as well as "Loaded: Mötley Crüe", filled with a selection of videos that have made the CRÜE rock legends. Also, don't miss an inside look at the brand new DVD of "Crüe Fest 1" featuring performances from MÖTLEY CRÜE, BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH, SIXX: A.M. and TRAPT. "Crüe Fest 1" premieres Thursday, March 19 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on Fuse TV.

Fans can see a special live, network premiere performance of the CRÜE and the Crüe Fest 2 lead vocalists performing "White Trash Circus" on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Friday, March 20 on ABC TV at 12:05 a.m./11:05c.

MÖTLEY CRÜE will perform its classic 1989 album, "Dr. Feelgood", in its entirety on Crüe Fest 2, the sophomore outing of the band's summer festival tour, which kicks off on July 19 in Camden, New Jersey and concludes on September 5 in Darien Lake, New York.

CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx has checked in with the following update:

"Just drug my tired ass back from production rehearsal day three. The set is insane. All-new stage. All-new lighting, pyro and video. Tons of new music.

"Some of these songs have never been played live before so we're still blowing off the cobwebs. To be honest, it sounds pretty damn good.

"This is my fave set so far and feels so good be doing something new production-wise. I can't wait to see your faces when the show starts... It's pretty sick, beginning to end...

"I have to say, this show really is a labor of love for us but the real credit goes to all the crew. They have been working around the clock for over a month on this. That is the part fans don't see. It doesn't matter if it's a Broadway play, a rock show or even a movie... sometimes the real stars of the show are behind the curtain."

The main stage at the Live Nation-produced Crüe Fest 2 also features GODSMACK, THEORY OF A DEADMAN, DROWING POOL, and introduces CHARM CITY DEVILS.

Crüe Fest 2 recently announced a partnership with Monster Energy to add an additional stage at this year's festival. The new Monster Energy Stage doubles the entertainment value at Crüe Fest 2 with five extra bands showcasing the next generation of rock, including one local band in each tour market. The performances on the Monster Energy Stage will be staggered between main stage acts creating a non-stop music event and adding to the overall festival atmosphere. With no change in ticket prices, rock fans will be given the opportunity to see ten great rock bands for the price of one.

A local band will be chosen by the presenting radio station in each market contributing to the legacy of rock bands on the tour. The chosen band will open the Monster Energy Stage for a dedicated and Crüe Fest 2-sized crowd.

The two-disc DVD set containing footage from last year's inaugural edition of Crüe Fest sold 7,000 copies in its first week of release to debut at position No. 1 on Billboard's Top Music Videos chart. The set contains the full CRÜE concert from on August 28, 2008 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada's Molson Amphitheatre along with select tracks from the other bands that took part in the festival -- BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH, TRAPT and SIXX: A.M..
